Web Site Nomination Page
OK all you hot-shot IRC related websites (or fans of,) here is where you can help IRC WebWatchers to help you strut your stuff! Get your site/channel exposed, get awarded and get noticed! The nomination is simple and only takes a few minutes. PLEASE read ALL requirements before doing so however, as improper submissions will not be considered.
Step One: Read Requirements For IWW Awards Program
1. ALL sites nominated MUST be a web site for an IRC channel and/or offer IRC related services.
2. ALL sites must be free of any and all charges, fees and/or dues.
3. NO site may contain/display graphic nudity/obscenities or contain illegle/immoral content or in ANY way make available such materials to minors. This includes banners and/or ads.
4. All nominated sites MUST be in English or offer a "english language" option.
5. All sites MUST have an email address for that channel/site's Webmaster and/or management.
6. Sites DO NOT have to be a member of IRC WebWatchers to be considered or awarded (nor does the person nominating the site,) however, member sites will get consideration(s) for their FREE Membership in IRC WebWatchers over those sites that are not.
7. Purely commercial for profit sites will NOT be considered.
8. ALL award winners will be displayed on our "IRC WebWatchers Award Winners" page with a link back to their site. Winners who do not reciprocate showing their award and a link back to IRC WebWatchers will still be listed on the Award Winner's page, but the link back to them will be removed. SItes that do not link back, will NOT be eligible to be listed on the past award winners page.
9. ANY IRC related site may be nominated for an award and as many times as you would like to submit them but you may only submit once from any one VALID email address. Any acknowledgment emails that will be sent for your nomination that bounces back as an invalid address, will not be considered as a valid nomination. Only ONE award for a site will be given out to a site per month.
10. Any site/channel/service may receive an award multiple times. If you nominate it, our judges will check it out regardless if it has been a previous winner or not. However, as mentioned above, a single email address may only nominate a web site once in a month period. Attempts to "stuff the ballott box" will result in a disqualification of the nomination/web site for the remainder of the calender year.
11. Nominations made for sites that do NOT fit the IRC WebWatchers "Ideology" as stated on the "IRC WebWatchers Ideology" page and/or the "IRC WebWatchers Mission" page will NOT be considered.
12. IRC WebWatchers reserves the right to require any site to remove an award and/or our logo(s) from their pages should it be determined that the site violates, at any time before or after an award is granted, our ideology. IWW at any time and without notice may revoke a membership and/or award.
13. Any one person may nominate multiple sites but must do so on a separate Nomination Submission form. NO multiple nominations on one form will be considered nor will the nominating party be notified of their error(s). Any submissions not considered due to multiple submissions, MUST be re-submitted correctly to be considered!

As mentioned above, sites that are members of IRC WebWatchers and who proudly display our logo with a link back to our homepage, will be considered first. If you are not yet a member and you want to increase your chances of winning an award over non-member sites, then go to our "Joining IRC WebWatchers" page sign up for your FREE membership and choose a logo to place on your site that links back to our homepage at http://webwatchers.netfirms.com
Step Four: Final Process & Good Luck Wishes
Once IRC WebWatchers receives your nomination, the information submitted will be forwarded to our panel of judges who will decide which judge(s) will check out the site(s). Disqualified sites and/or nominating party will NOT be notified of either their nomination acceptance or their disqualification. ONLY the winning site(s) will be notified, based on the e-mail address given on their website. To find out who that months winners, or past winners are, you must visit the "IRC WebWatchers Award Winners" page on a regular basis. Once our site has been fully enabled, you will be offered an opportunity to sign up for a service that will automatically advise you when the winner's page has changed!! IRC WebWatchers membership list, email addresses, winners information, etc.... are not for sale, rent, or lease at ANY time, and you will never receive spam emails from our organization.
