#GayDreams on DALnet/IRC continues to be the example of a fine web craftsman. They continue to update, upgrade and add to their site with useful information, games and issues that effect ALL of IRC. The technical experience of their pages continue to astound and amaze their hundreds of thousands of visitors. This makes #GayDreams on DALnet/IRC our overall winner for the Grand Site Award for the year 1999. At last look, #GayDreams original site located at http://www.gaydreams.net became an adults only web site which disqualified them from IWW Awards. However, they split off their IRC site to a different web site and we have transferred their awards to their new site as it continues to entertain the masses and provide their outstanding services to their many visitors on their highly popular DALnet Channel and their wonderful new web site.
