IRC WebWatchers is an independent organization of Web Masters who also happen to be heavily involved in IRC chat networks worldwide. Our goal is to promote a safe and sane environment on IRC Networks while sharing the talents, personalities and efforts of their IRC Channels, Operators, and Web Sites. Our members and panel of judges come from many networks, channels and countries, and membership is at will and free of charge to all who fit our ideology.
